Dr. Jyotsna Sahni and her practice, Sleep Medicine, LLC leased 1,300 square feet at the Bondell Office Complex located at 4733 E. Camp Lowell Drive.  After a three month search, countless negotiations with landlords, a five year lease was finally executed at an undisclosed rate. The landlord was Sue Bondell, CRS, CGI who represent herself with Bond Realty Company. James P. Robertson Jr., CCIM, senior commercial associate broker with Realty Executives Tucson Elite, assisted the tenant.

Victory Outreach Tucson purchased 5,939 square feet on 1.86 acres at 3999 S. Mission Road from Robert J. and Debra L. Erler for $380,000. Ron Zimmerman and Rob Tomlinson with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller.

Bayada Home Health Care, Inc. leased 1,870 square feet at 81 W. Esperanza Blvd. from BBVA Compass Bank. Doug Richardson of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the tenant. Bruce Suppes of CBRE represented the landlord.

Schoolhouse Oro Valley, LLC purchased 8.6 acres of vacant land located at the southwest corner of West Sunkist Road and North La Cañada Drive from DESCO-Miller, LLC for $1,500,000. This site with be the future location of the second Lehman Academy of Excellence. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled this transaction.  Pat Welchert, SIOR, represented the buyer. Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, and Tom Nieman represented the seller.

Aten Partnership, LLC purchased 3.03 acres of vacant land located at 847 and 855 E. Drexel Road from First Credit Union for $78,000. Pat Welchert, SIOR, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the buyer and the seller in this transaction.

Best In The West Golf Cars, LLC leased 5,760 square feet at 5150 N. Casa Grande Highway from Tin Cup Properties, LLC. Ron Zimmerman with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord.

Manzanita Concepts, which has plans to open a Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip, leased 1,308 square feet of retail space at 17 N. Stone Ave. in downtown Tucson. David Blanchette of CBRE represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by Michael Laatsch of CBRE.

Touchstone Behavior Health leased a 3,729 square foot office property at 1430 E. Fort Lowell Drive. The transaction was handled by David Montijo, Damian Wilkinson and Jeff Casper of CBRE.

Right at Home, in home care and assistance, leased 1320 square feet of space at 7507 E. Broadway Blvd., moving April 1 to expand into larger space and easier to access for its employees and clients. Nancy McClure, CBRE represented the landlord, Broadway Star Partners, LLC in the transaction.

Jade Star Acupuncture leased 4,700 square feet at 6440 E. Broadway Blvd. from Carbas Properties. Isaac Figueroa with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord. Chris Tsighis and Daniel Yang with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented the tenant.

K12 Management, Inc. leased 3,750 square feet in Broadway Plaza, 5307 E. Broadway Blvd. Ste. 5307 from Transamerica United Group, LLC. Tom Nieman with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord. Keith Lammersen with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas represented the tenant.

Terry Korte Agency leased approximately 1,030 square feet of office space located at 200 W. Magee Road, Ste. 130 from WVLC, LLC.  Michael Gross and Doug Richardson of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the landlord in the transaction.
