Bush’s Chicken of Texas, a fried chicken chain, has chosen a location at 73rd Avenue and Bell Road in Glendale as its first out-of-state location, according to The Arizona Republic. The new location will open Monday, March 20.

The fast-food restaurant, which serves dishes such as gizzard and fried chicken liver — to each his own, right? — has plans for 12 locations in Arizona by 2021. It currently has about 80 locations in Texas.

Bush’s Chicken has already signed lease deals with SimonCRE for sites in south Scottsdale and Gilbert near SanTan Village Shopping Center.
