The State Route 89A between Sedona and Flagstaff will be restricted to one lane through Friday to allow for pavement repairs, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The freeway will be reduced to one lane between Grasshopper Point, milepost 376, and Pine Flats Campground, milepost 387, from 8 a.m. on Wednesday to 2 p.m. on Friday.
Transportation officials said crews will be repairing roadway conditions “following an active winter storm season.”
“Flaggers will provide alternating north- and southbound travel through the work zone,” transportation officials said in a press release. “Motorists should allow extra travel time and plan for delays.”
